Coveted quality label awarded to TRANSDEV Yellow Buses
IT’S official – Transdev Yellow Buses (TYB) is a quality company with a strong commitment to serving its customers and passengers.
Who says? None other than parent group Transdev which has awarded TYB the coveted Transdev Quality Label.
Transdev Yellow Buses achieved the label in just seven months compared to the normal time period of 12 to 18 months.
To earn the management standard, a network must commit to continuously monitor
and improve its performance.
This includes:
- Complying with its contract of operation
- Meeting five service criteria including punctuality, passenger information, cleanliness of vehicles and stops, attitude towards passengers and complaints management
- Customer satisfaction
Performance is measured both internally and externally.
Derek Lott, Managing Director, said: “We’re very proud to achieve this award which is
official recognition of the quality service provided at all levels of the company.
“My thanks go to all concerned, but especially Gary Corrie, who acted as lead director
for this project.”
The Transdev Quality Label is being deployed by the group across all of its networks worldwide and utilises a process certified ISO 9001 by Bureau Veritas Certification.
A main objective is to strive to offer all types of customers – transport authorities, companies and passengers - the benefits of Transdev’s quality management experience.
