8th - 9th July

Bourne Free is an annual celebration of all diversities that live in Bournemouth and surrounding areas and the constant strive towards universal equality for all through entertainment and awareness.

This year it features a parade and an event in Meyrick park.

The parade

Our Parade this year for 2022 will be carrying on the same format as last year, being a walking Parade! The route this year will start at The Triangle, walking down past the Gardens, round to the Town Hall and finally up to Meyrick Park where our new ‘Pride in the Park’ location will be!

This year’s theme is ‘Pride goes Green’, so start planning and let your creativity run wild! But always remember to think PRIDE!!

Our event

We are excited to add trade stands to this year’s event in Meyrick Park, as well as our lovely usual information and charity stalls.

The theme for this year’s festival “Go Green”

Although Friday evening is completely free and certain age groups are free on Saturday, everyone will require a wristband for entry. This allows us to monitor our capacity and keep everyone on site safe.

Coming as a group of up to 5 adults or children (or both)? Save yourself those vital £s and buy the Zone ABC (Network) group day ticket on our YB Move.
