Customer Panel Launch Event

Our customers are really important to us, we have many ways for you to contact us ranging from in person at our Travel Shop, online, through to post or phone.

It is really important that we communicate more effectively; we are therefore establishing a Customer Panel that will meet quarterly where we will share information on the Company’s performance, show you what events we are involved in and supporting, and discuss new ideas and initiatives. It is important that we get a good cross-section of our customers, from students to seniors, occasional and frequent users, as your experiences will help us to improve and get better at what we do.

I’m inviting customers to the launch event of our Customer Panel, to be held at Hotel Collingwood on Tuesday, 16th October, between 5pm and 7pm.

This is your opportunity to come along and meet me and members of the team; we will pick a number of customers to join us as regular members of the panel following the launch event.
