Please remember you are responsible for your property whilst on board our vehicles. You should check your seating area including the floor area for any property prior to departing the vehicle.
We will do our best to reunite you with your property but this process will take a few days, even more if it's at the weekend. The process has got even more complicated following the pandemic and understanding how we can handle property left on board our vehicles.
If you have lost an item you should email us at [email protected] with a description of the item and information on when you lost it before you visit the travel shop. We will then arrange a time with you to pick up your lost property. Remember we will also charge you £2 as handling fee for the time it has taken us to manage your property. This is compliant with the Public Service Vehicles (Lost Property) (Amendment) Regulations 1995.
We will do our best to get your property back to you, but it may take a little longer than usual.
