Staff from Yellow Buses spent the morning of Valentine’s Day handing out red roses and Love Heart sweets to their passengers – and were joined by members of the Coastal BID.

The romantics found that love was in the air when they hit the streets in Southbourne.

It is now a long-standing tradition that Yellow Buses marks the day in the manner.

Fiona Harwood from the Yellows said: “This year we decided to visit Southbourne to hand out the goodies.

“Members of the Coastal BID joined us and as usual everybody loved receiving a rose unexpectedly.

“Our drivers always get in on the act and help us spread a little bit of love and happiness.”
